Black bars on the edges of the monitor

I have this problem:
A couple of hours ago there was a very faint stripes on the edges of the screen (Monitor Envision p2473whl)

Reinstalling drivers(Catalyst 12.2) did not help (ATI Radeon HD2900XT). The configuration of the screen on the strip do not affect the Resolution of 1920x1080.

How to fix it ?

In monitor settings, looking for "size and position" - "image format" - will be the choice of "auto" and "wide" - select "auto". The black bars will disappear for a long time.
