Not spanada machine (Grand Theft Auto 5)

And again same thing...

It turned out that when installing the game, I created two folders and got the following /Program File/GTA V/GTA V
I tried to move the folder from Program File and when you start the game found that the car did not spawn. Know-ing the game there is a file which has all the links to the files you need.
Where to find it? and how to solve the problem?
