If the game brakes the sound or missing completely, you must do the following:
Create shortcut to sufferingttb.exe" and to add to the property of the shortcut -setup to invoke the launcher
The properties of the launcher in the tab Sound deselect Use 3D Sound Buffers and Enable EAX (Environmental Audio)
