Glitch with mystery island the Founders (Batman: Arkham Knight)

Good day, dear users please help. In the pictures I have indicated the place( the island's Founders) where should be the mystery Ridley. The mystery consists in scanning the wall, and follow the green signs. Unfortunately I have only the bare brick wall. What could be the problem ? Also pointed out that the second link would have been more understandable.
