Do not run the game (Total War: Attila)

When you run gives an error that the game is already running. In task Manager in processes I tried to fix the end of the process. Then when launching the game starts the appropriate process , but not the game itself. After that if I try to run gives the same error running the game. Re-installed the game the first run everything is fine, and then all the same. As administrator the same thing. On the Internet nothing useful was found. Game pirates.
