Elixirs (The Witcher)

Evening, everybody.The question arose about the creation of the elixir,and in particular the Swallows.All the components are available,but Geralt doesn't create it.Why?

For the future. No need to buy expensive alcohol. You can make White Gull out of cheap booze and have it to use as the basis.
