Do not run the game! (Final Fantasy 13)

I downloaded the game on steam. Launched when you press Start Game, the Launcher simply takes and reboots the system requirements of normal support. Someone said to turn off DEP didn't help. and is the same problem with all versions of FF. Help and then wants to play:)

I also downloaded it from steam (60 gigs) and everything is fine start.

Had this problem on win 8, run sometimes, after upgrading to win 10 - the problem disappeared, so not looking for more solutions.
