Craft things (Diablo 2)

I some can (AMCI, ICQ). See the affixes (at least at the arreat).

Ay learn inglish veri troubles, in the end did not understand. But even from my rather poor English I read the text, nothing found about the + skills

About I told you on ranyh or crafting bots\zones\rings +skills to the branch or skills is impossible in principle, there are no such affixes. Some types of +skills possible on helmets, shields and weapons (depends on type), but the sense of craft are virtually none.
