Please help.Throw off the file fallout4prefs.ini for medium-powerful PC. (Fallout 4)

And then to run with everything turned off on the PC which pulls GTA 5 and the Witcher on vyskokih-ultra is not desirable.And to change the graphics in the game are unable for some reason,tried everything.Still is average graphics with a bad picture,from which eyes hurt.

Helps to set the configs. And not to be discharged - to put the read Only attribute on the file after editing.
