I reinstall the game. I settings even default reset and still the truck when entering the game included a reverse gear

Simply delete the Plugins folder and all. Why reinstall the game? I have already this plugin also and I have never had any problems.
Hello people. I've bought the wheel logitech g27 b/u, it was not the power supply. What should it be? I understand the power supply needs to support 24 and to the strength of current of 1.75 A. Has in stock power supply with a voltage change from 12 - 24V but don't know the amperage, if it is more better not connect I think so. Or is it better to buy an original power supply for the steering. Explain
