Crack sound (Watch_Dogs)

It is in this game crack (hissing, puffing, grunt) sound. In other games this is not that when you exit that in the latest version of the game. No one knows how to fix??? Fps stable. Audio driver all updated, tried with headphones and other speakers , nothing changes . In the 2nd Watch Dogs 2 everything is fine with sound

but damn, I have a shitload of times its downloaded. Back in 2014 when it came out and now. Here are the speakers I bought new, now see the rules of sound or not. The problem is in this game

Some drivers do under certain games. Driver update is not always successful. You may need to install other video and audio driver, but to other games worked.
