A long download. (Payday 2)

Hi all,I have a problem.In the game I have long loading on missions.All players connected for 5-10 seconds,and I'm 2 minutes are downloaded.Game reinstalled,thanks.It is preventing me from playing,and not just me.I often get kick from servers,since I hold other people.If anyone knows how to solve this problem,then please write here.Can someone tell what pitch does not pull,but no,the minimum salary fits.
GTX 750 Ti [ASUS],8 GB RAM,AMD-FX 6300.On ultra gives 52-60 FPS.I tried to put the settings on low and boot.There is no difference.

In singles the same problems.Loaded up as for a minute or two.Internet speed 50 MB/s. it suits Me.
