Converter \"bik\" formats

hi all. is there a Converter that can of bik to do avi or even some sort. Just in most games screensavers in the bik format. not one Converter that format takes.
if someone knows where to download, let me know

Hi Sergey. Download from off-site http://www.radgametools.com/ player he is able to convert to bik from any other.
