Low speed USB 3.0 port

Good day dear friends !!!!
Today put a USB 3.0 port and he has a very low copying speed 2 - 6MB with USB 2.0 similar situation as slowly copy !!!!!!!
Anyone encountered this problem ?! how to solve ???
