Is it possible to fix one weather? (Fallout 4)

The game has several types of weather: Sunny, fog, rain, radioactive rain, clouds, etc. Personally I do not like Sunny Fallout 4. although this bright and Sunny wasteland also has its own peculiarity. But not the essence. I prefer the fog and rain.
Is there any mod or way to fix default any weather? Every 5 minutes to write on the console but very comfortable and bored. I was able to find one mod that adds new, more beautiful weather(Vivid Weathers). But I am afraid that will affect FPS. So looking for a way to fix that is standard kinds of weather. Can this be done?
