Drops FPS (Assassin's Creed 2)

Hi mates.
Please tell me. Happen drops fps with noticeable such microprism. To play as it did not interfere - but not very nice.
Iron is quite powerful: core i7 6700k, asus rog gtx 1080.
Maybe someone knows what the problem might be?
