After starting writing is NOT IN the NETWORK (Grand Theft Auto 5)

2 - Reinstall Windows, but that's not an option for sure, especially the last time the same did not help, reset Windows, launch the game and the same issued, I was in shock
Other options - reinstall Steam, reinstall game, verify integrity cache, NOTHING HELPS !! This is nonsense !
