Please help (NBA 2K16)

What is the difference between NBA 2k16 pc version from the ps3 version? I watched the video on youtube and they were all completely different, not like me. The beginning of a career is completely different, better graphics, character customization is different. I understand that I ask a stupid question, but if anyone knows any HELP about it)

ps3 is old generation.there is little innovation.of course if they are there.the main focus of the developers was doing on xbox one, ps4 and PC.

Are you kidding me? Compare the PC version and the version for older consoles. This is completely different games on different engines.
