The problem with explosions in Sniper Elite v2 (Sniper Elite V2)

Can already see that the forum is outdated but you never know answer, why do I see explosions. ie I blew up a tank explosion seems like it is but it is not visible, only visible light from the explosion, and so with any explosions and fire, they are simply not displayed. Tell me how to fix it.
PS Looked in the graphics settings there is about the effects, nothing was said.
