The cooler in the system unit.

Here's the problem.
Put together a new system unit literally two months ago.
On the back cover of 90 mm cooler, which only starts after cotton on the back cover of the system unit. How can it be cured without replacing?

Sounds like something broke. To clean, twist to peridot wire.
