Respek mod. (Fallout: New Vegas)

embarrassed to ask, and what a beautiful word respek?
since when the console was crap?
what prevented interessee to download all at once?

respek - an acronym for character respecialization. Wants to try different builds without spending a lot of time. In many games through the mods in the inventory, you simply receive some sort of item that resets all features to the initial level, but remains at all points.
