3 fps at any graphics and resolution (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3)

For any screen resolution and graphics 3 fps like in single player, and online, given that the CPU 4 Hertz, and vidyuhi 2 Giga, Lenovo z50-75 - PC, what's the matter? From a friend on the old dymerska comp 60 fps, and there is 3 and if the floor to watch then 45, met such a problem from others but no solution, help

Curve pirates ==> Download another Repack, or buy a license.
Ancient or damaged drivers ==> Upgrade/ perestanavlivat driver.
Problem with Directx or even some additional software ==> Upgrade/ install software. (Given that the game is not 2011 it's surely the latest version can be just the same, the game does not fit the new software, and old PC's)
