The problem with the website

A good toast to all. The second month can find the solution to my problem. The point is that in my browser the website playground.ru looks as shown in the screenshot. In the Google Chrome browser with the site all right, but I can not use. I Use SRWare Iron. From rasshirenii I have Kaspersky Protection and Tampermonkey. Disable tried, no change. What could be wrong? In Google found nothing
