Problem. Error Report (Warhammer 40.000: Dawn of War 2)

Downloaded the Repack from Xattab, warhammer 40000 dawn of war 2 retribution, just does not start, gave error.

Deleted, downloaded the Repack from Fenixx, a couple of times I played, came out, today I go and again this problem.
