Sore, on fps.. (Tom Clancy's The Division)

The Lord in essence.
Clean Windows, run a division and a whole bunch of garbage 60 fps minimum. after 3-4 days of running a SINGLE division - lag friezes 1 fps, the pain.

Reinstall Windows - again a couple of days flying, and then the same picture. WHAT'S GOING ON? Well and how to treat it..
