How to solve this bug with the lights ? (L.A. Noire)

I decided to go through L. A. Noire , and here is the tank with the light ,or shadows , who knows , somebody knows how to solve it ? P. S was already 5 missions I'm constantly that's the problem with the characters , what to do with it ? The game is licensed.
