Problem with installing the game. (Tom Clancy's The Division)

Here's the problem, I don't know what to do. Comes out always when I try to install the games in Uplay.Probably tried already all that is possible . Before this is normally all set , this problem only in Uplay .
I have 8GB of RAM and 150GB free.

Where the game was installed and how much space is free on the system drive (C:/)?

Well, the version in English has changed just to try to at least so ( on Russian too)
Uplay also tried to reinstall
