The problem with the recovery Ipad Air 2

Guys, searched all forums, everywhere, or can't log or create a theme. I hope I find help here.
I've not used my Ipad and forgot the password. Read how to recover. But I need to be updated. But I couldn't update because there's no room. And the apple support is not working. :(

Goes a vicious circle. To unlock iPad need to restore it. In order to restore my phone. For any help I will be extremely grateful.
