Mission in a single pass from 5 minutes to 15 minutes.In the subway for 5-10 minutes.This all alone is even faster ie Delhi to the number of buddies.In TK EW no missions to run to survive it.

It took me 48 hours to complete walkthrough with all intelligence and side missions (without DLS) in the single mode.
