The game crashes during the launch splash screen - SOLVED (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided)

Faced with the problem - after many hours of play (in the mission area 10), the game ceased to run - off at savers (error kernelbase.dll).

Shoveled a bunch of tips with new uchitomi, regional settings, etc didn't help.

After a few days of picking I realized that the problem is in the save! If You have a problem there - try to copy folder save to another location - will start the game. Then it is possible for one to return (or just the latter, as in my case). And everything goes!=)

I hope someone can help, because I'm almost desperate to find an answer on the forums when I accidentally found it myself.
