Not offer racing secret car (The Crew)

All kind time of days,faced such problem, found all the parts racing secret cars, the last 20 of 20 open and says to me congratulations you have opened and blah blah blah, but to move to the headquarters of the writes is not possible (lock is drawn), go to the garage racing, watch list, on the site racing-theft cross like no, but I do not understand all 20 items found, what's the problem,can someone tell me, I watched the whole list via the menu, but do not have it taint there......., or where no...........

There seems to final open - need more items to open, not 20. Personally, I did so. There details 25 found somewhere for both machines secret.
