Mod Pirouettes (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Decided to put the mod Pirouettes,but I can not understand - ,,Installation: of extract the mods folder into the mods folder, if not create it. The bin folder throw on top of the game.Well throw the mod in the folder mod this,I realized, and where to throw the bin folder?Specify the path please(steam)
