Removed all files containing that name. You need all the mod files to remove, not just those where the OSA in the title. To such problems any more was not better to install a mod via mod managers (Vortex or mod organizer)

I am unfamiliar with this system, but ... to see that it contains the archive mode and manually delete file by file.
For those looking for information about what documents that OSA creates during operation and retains much ... And again, manually remove.

Suggest you download the archive with the mod and to peruse all the files and then delete them one at a time. And a little advice about mods: use managers mods (Nexux Mod Manager, Vortex, Mod Organizer), so it will be easier to manage any mods, not even having .esp .esm files
Could be wrong, but if this mod replaces the basic animation, only replacing the original files.
