on steam doesn't work

In Explorer open the folder: C:\Users\ВАШЕ USER NAME\AppData\Roaming
It HelloGames find the folder and delete it.
Then You need in the future to disable Steam Cloud synchronization. Just remove the check mark in the Properties->Updates
ALL! Start with a clean slate.
Synchronization can then be enabled as soon as you already save a new game on disc
