The ACU file.ini (Assassin's Creed: Unity)

Hello, the computer I have the average, but not the essence, I like many frieze the game. Changing graphics settings doesn't change anything, so I decided to dig in the config but when I put all values to 0 nothing happens, the graph does not change. What to do with it?
