The fleeing sellers. (Grand Theft Auto 5)

In story mode began to flee the sellers, when you restart the campaign, at the beginning of all the rules, buy a weapon, then the seller of ammunacii begins to run. It seems the problem is known but odd solutions nowhere to be found.
