Does not start

In General rocked the update on the Hunt Showdown, and somewhere in the middle it stopped, wrote something like: file system error decided to restart steam and everything, in any does not start, eternal connection to the account.
I tried to reset settings using the command steam://flushconfig did not help, restarting the pitches didn't help, deleted the folder appcache. It is possible to fix this misunderstanding without reinstalling?
