The problem with running the game (Batman: Arkham Origins)

Install the game first wrote the error steam DLL, downloaded like 1 error corrected, and now says steam must be running in order to launch the game? what else should I do? Vin7, steam is.

when downloading off. ANTIVIR, or download separately the pill, put it in the exceptions

Just in the installation folder, delete the Redist folder and the installation does not stavte tick optional
