A sharp drop in FPS (Tyranny)

Started playing the tyranny of a week all was good with performance: FPS below 40 does not fall almost never. Today found a very strange problem - in fight FPS drops to almost 0, then rises to 5-10 frames per second. If you put the game on pause - grows up to 25, but when removing the drops again. Out of combat - more than 50. How can I fix the problem? It came about after the adoption soraluce to the team.

I only increase download time locations and freezes when opening menu appeared after 2-3 hours of the game. Restarting helped.
