There is such a program called Dependancy Walker v2.2, it is possible to run the game and see what the error file! I had a situation with the Galactic Civilizations III, the error 0xc00007b on Vin7, I direks re-installed, and net framework and vcredist, too, but nothing helped, and then installed the app, launched, it turned out that some of direks established the library of DLL not for my x64, and x86 downloaded this DLL for 64,replaced and all is good!
