The problem with the BIOS (ASUS X99-A / USB 3.1)

Motherboard - ASUS X99-A / USB 3.1
Updated the BIOS everything seems fine stood

But the menu Boot Priority it only sees the (DVD drive and HDD on 1.TB) ,but
SSD (Crucial SSD MX200 250GB) he sees only via the Boot menu

In the photo already I have changed in Hard Drive BBS Priorities hard drives places.
There are two sections I chose :
Boot Option #1 - Crucial SSD MX200 (250GB)
Boot Option #2 - Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB

Now I no longer throw in the BIOS ,and Windows 10 is loaded once.
But when loading the desktop every time the sound connect a new device.
As I understand it - Boot Option #2 - Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB

And in menu now the Boot Priority ( SSD and DVD-ROM )

HDD no how to fix it?

I see above the screen there used to be 3.item

Now
SSD ,DVD-ROM - if you select this option, Windows boots ,but every time sound connect a new device I understand this HDD
or
HDD ,DVD-ROM - if you select this option, Windows does not boot throws in the BIOS (and this is logical because the system is on the SSD)

The Golden rule of fuck you got, if it works in fact it is necessary for the table to sit and dig, remotely or what not to do, too many tabs, which should look.

No. Enough to update)
Just try to begin to reset the BIOS to default. And it is better to remove the battery on the motherboard for a few seconds, it's 100% reset settings. BUT if you have the CPU/memory overclocking, he will fly (acceleration), that is, return to the initial values (without overclocking).
If this does not work, you can try to attach the disks to different SATA desks. On your motherboard here they are:

Here said:

for a start, lose the settings of BIOS to factory
then you need to find what mode the sata controller must be AHCI, if I am not mistaken.
would look so. tweak what you need.
to update fire wood on mother ofsayta. it is strange that every time the device is detected.
but I think that just the BIOS normally you need to configure.
and yet - the UEFI mode in the BIOS selected ?
