Who as solved the problem 0xc00007b? (No Man's Sky)

The problem may be related to incorrectly installed DirectX, update it from Microsoft.
If the problem persists after updating DirectX or cannot be updated:
Load Windows in safe mode and delete the following files:
For 32 bit Windows in a folder C:\Windows\System32
For 64-bit Windows in a folder C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Beginning of the file d3dx9_24.dll and ending with the file d3dx9_43.dll
Then repeat the update DirecX.
Think again, all to take down and put anew,just another installation problem file will show itself.

I know here in the autumn I bought Mirrors Edge Catalyst,it cost about 2K,had the same problem,but I decided a complete reinstall of C++.
Shorter stubbornly refuses to run because of C++,why the fuck knows,try version for different years.
