Job execution skills (The Sims 3)

All welcome.
I have long been playing the Sims 3 and all the time had trouble with those job skills. They say that skill is revealed in full, catch as over 350 fish, although fishing skill you can pump more on the first 50.
My question is this. Are there any mods, hacks, cheats and sequences of cheats that will allow you to quickly perform all of these tasks?
