Lost voice characters. (Mass Effect)

Decided to once again go through the whole trilogy.
ME 1 had problems with the launch, but decided installing patches. Completed the prologue and when you arrive at the Citadel the lost sound of the characters ie titles is, lips moved, but no sound. All other sound is normal.
Drive License is not gold -2007 year, the system in the profile.

Try reinstalling the game. Better download all the new files and try again. May disappeared the actual files voice.

If Steam version,here's the way:
1.Open Steam,go to LIBRARY,find ME
2.Press the Right Mouse Button on the name of the game
3.Find PROPERTIES,click on them
4.Find LOCAL FILES,then find the VERIFY INTEGRITY of game CACHE
5.Click on them,and the test files are
