Everything is just...if you're underground then feel free to go to mastugin with the Institute....if it macugen BS with BS.....there are still Menemeni (this is the ending when all the factions friendly to you except for the Institute ) and if you are for the Minutemen then macugen with the BS go.....the quest fails but this is the final and final choice of faction....when the subway then the quest will continue...but with the BS goodbye
