Can I use the DLC from Steam, if the game purchased on GOG (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

I bought at g2a of the Witcher, turned out to be a copy of GOG.com. Will I be able to buy DLC for the Witcher from Steam for version of the game GOG.com?

Steam will not allow you to take the DLC to purchase the game in it, but if you stupidly download something like no difference.

No, you cannot. As already mentioned above, you will not be able to buy add-ons without the original game. A feature to transfer games from Gog to steam though, but there is impossible to move the Witcher 3, and when you do not know yet (if ever will). So you can buy in ghogha all the extras, especially since there are regularly discounts on the original, and additions.
