I think the best swords of iris(Great Karabela) and Arondit. They have their own special chips.
Iris can get if Algirdas at the end of the DLC heart of Stone to save and Aramidic the lady of the Lake gives in the DLC Blood and Wine (as in the first part), quest just do not remember as is called
