Mafia 3 system error Api-ms-win-core-crt-l1-1-0.dll can't fix (Mafia 3)

Download pirates of the mafia with latest service packs installed, repak from hatab in comments write that all start without a problem. Install again Direct X, NET.Framwork 4.52 or higher, Visual C++ 2013 and 2015 separately .
I also have a windows 7 server pack 1 with no updates. All games work like a clock.
Play repak from Nemos 1.040 (although any runs). Threw in a PM.
