Kaspersky and error"StartService failed (1450)\" (Watch_Dogs 2)
Finally found that on my comp error StartService failed (1450) when launching the game is 2016 Kaspersky Internet Security (KIS 2017 - too).(Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 - did not call)
To start the game:
Disable protection of KIS 2016 - not enough
Disable the KIS self-Defense 2016 - not enough
Remove KIS 2016 - enough ))
The game only runs if I remove KIS and then restart the computer!
Question to experts virus - how would it adjust to it with Watch Dogs 2 became friends and such problems are not created??

To carry to hell. Experienced users antivirus is not needed.

If I blow the antivirus will be able to identify themselves to the experienced users? ;)

This is because unlike other antiviruses it firmly bites into the system, and when it turned off, made up to this point they change in the system, it freezes as long as it again does not turn on. Why not start the app even if the inactive monitor. And that way is not the only case, Casper some more web resources in the same way blocks. As an option, the most obvious, change AntiVir, get more freedom to configure and customize its own axis.
You can still waitlisting the gameplay and the actual game folder.
