Does not start and crashes the game (Watch_Dogs 2)

The game does not start. Tried almost everything: Run as administrator, deleted the EAC folder, wrote in the field-eac_launcher, and nothing helped.

Intel I5 7500
RAM 8 GB
GTX 1050 Ti 4GB
